"HILLSIDE COTTAGES" is an original acrylic painting by Peter C. Dean, resident of the Constitution State, Connecticut. Peter had a stroke in August of 1994 and lost the use of the right side of his body. Even with these challenges, Peter uses his left hand to teach art and technique.
