"SMALL TOWN WINTER" is an original watercolor painting by Bob Mauro, resident of the Empire State, New York. In 1951 Bob contracted Polio and has been painting since 1968. Bob is dependent on a wheel chair and a respirator to breathe. He can only paint for about 20 minutes at a time, so he creates his art in stages.
